Careful consideration was given to performance and the planning of Sarah Sands Hotel. As a 19^th century Brunswick landmark, the site stands proudly at the edge of Melbourne as a gateway to vibrant Sydney Road. With architecture and interior design by Jackson Clements Burrows, this seven-storey mixed-use development comprises 31 apartments on top of two levels of workplace and dining.
