AECOM Sydney

This ambitious project accomodates 850 people across nine floors of offices located in two separate tenancies. The resulting design strategy reconciles this challenge through the use of stairs and voids, which create a vertical campus physically, while symbolically connecting all workers. In addition, both tenancies also have space on the periphery. This feature further cements the design’s emphasis on activity and connectivity, making for a communal approach to the arrangement of spaces within the workplace.
