AECOM Sydney Workplace

AECOM’s nine floors of offices are located in two separate tenancies within one building, presenting a challenge in planning their designs. To combat this, BVN created a vertical campus through the use of stairs and voids. Both tenancies have space on the periphery, intended for unstructured activities and collaborative exercises. A communal rather than territorial approach to the arrangement of spaces ensures that for every business function there is an appropriate environment to support it.
