Centre For Adult Education Services Hub

The new entrance to the CAE respects the surrounding urban grain, providing a space that invites future and existing learners into the hub. The space captures the intimacy of the Flinders Lane and Degraves Street precinct, with two illuminated honeycomb walls engaging passers by. Materials interpret the dynamic of the surrounding streets. Colour identified functional areas and aids wayfinding. Materials, finishes and details are an integrated part of the interior space rather than an applied treatment.
