Balnarring Beach House

A single level, U-shaped building follows the slope of the land, creating a series of indoor and outdoor spaces. Retractable bi-fold doors connect the family room opens to the central courtyard. Black painted cement sheet panel and raw hardwood timber cladding used externally merge inside the house, contrasting the clean, white plaster shell. A glazed corridor links the entry and family wing to the living areas, while full-height glazing allows the outdoor spaces to flow through the house.
