Josie Bones

The space has been stripped back to its bare bones, exposing layers of occupation. A dark background draws attention to textured brick walls, while a red and white striped rear wall references an Italian butchers. Solid timber bar and tables work with simple pendant lights and a chalkboard wall to create a warm interior. Exposed ductwork is suspended from the ceiling. Customers feel as if they are perhaps within a carcass, raw bones exposed.
