The new workplace consolidates space requirements for four interconnected, open-plan work floors and one client floor with meeting and training facilities. An interconnecting stair increases movement and interaction throughout the building. Based on the concept of home, the workplace enables improved cross-functionality of teams and businesses, allowing change and growth to be absorbed within the existing floor plan through the support of more mobile working patterns.
