Dr Miles’ Consulting Suite

The project seeks to challenge the convention of conservative, cold medical receptions as transit areas. The overall contemporary concept derived from surgical implants, which, though being everyday objects to the Neuro and Spinal surgeon, create soft organic lines when laid on their sides, lending themselves to an abstract floor plan. The space aimed to feel engaging without being intimidating, while being, warm and professional with personality. To achieve this, the suite encourages individuality by selecting materials that are familiar yet have a sensory appeal.
