JAHM – Justin Art House Museum

Part of a commercial multi-unit residential property, the JAHM apartment achieved a seven-star energy rating. Roof water is collected and reticulated. Low-energy fittings, fixtures and appliances, solar panels and solar hot water are obvious choices for this new age urban residence. Materials selected were FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) natural timber, stone and marble, zinc, steel and recycled rubber.
