Qantas Business Lounge LAX

The customer experience was the design driver behind this joint Business Lounge for Qantas, Cathay Pacific and British Airways at LAX. Signature elements from each of the airlines were incorporated to make customers feel at home, while the overall design draws inspiration from Los Angeles’ modern design.
