This project has a six-star Green Star Design and As Built rating under the Green Star Office V3, targeting a five-star NABERS Energy rating based on carbon emissions in operation. Innovations include rooftop solar PV array, tri-generation system, water efficient fixtures and fittings, drought tolerant landscap,; rainwater harvesting, greywater collection and treatment for reuse.
