Inspired by the scale and intimacy of Melbourne laneways, a long and narrow internal dining hall has been defined by careful configuration of volumes and is further enhanced by an internal façade of black painted pallets. Economic materials such as plywood and polycarbonate have been employed to provide additional warmth, texture and filtered light.
