Tribeca Loft

The conversion of a former wrapping paper factory in Manhattan into a home necessitated astute use of a 95-square metre main living area to result in multiple living spaces that would provide both intimacy and flexibility. A small library/sitting space between the dining and living areas creates multiple zones for relaxation and entertaining. Providing both a connection to the Manhattan streetscape and smart storage is the custom banquette seat along the length of the eastern wall.
