The Promontory

Residents at The Promontory, the first residential stage within Australands’ Yungaba project at Kangaroo Point, will have exclusive access to the Yungaba Heritage gardens. Spacious interiors and balconies are logically oriented towards the protected gardens and the Brisbane River. Sixty-eight apartments of varying layouts respond to the shape of the site and differing setbacks from the river, ranging in size from 99 square metres to 286 square metres.
