The star on the map of Australian molecular gastronomy, Vue de monde is located on the 55th floor of the Rialto Tower, Melbourne. Tied to its local landscape, it celebrates life through Australiana motifs, and is earthy in experience from the elevator ride up, to the polished bar, with its hovering cloud-like installation. Custom pieces of furniture adorn this wild space, in contrast to the sparse dining room setting in which the simplicity of timber, leather and light speak.
