Kooyong Residence

The renovation of this double- fronted Victorian home incorporates a robust material palette and strong colour and detail variation. Intended as an ‘urban escape’, it is, above all, comfortable, inviting and light-filled, making the interior design approach relaxed and contemporary. Some of the project’s standout features include silvertop ash cladding, a burnished ochre concrete floor, basalt tiling and limed oak joinery.
