Jamie Oliver’s latest eatery in Sydney is a functional open-plan restaurant with a capacity for seating 200 diners. Typical of the Oliver brand, sustainable design works in harmony with the existing architecture and locale, successfully presenting a cool mix of brick walls, some second hand furniture and an overall laid back, laneway aesthetic. Spaces and zones are contrasted throughout Jamie’s Italian in an aim to provide varied and enjoyable experiences for repeat patrons.
