Comprised of layers of volumes, light, textures and landscape views, this interior is meticulously detailed within a brave architectural form. Brutal exterior surfaces and materials are drawn into the interior, becoming the foundations for luxurious fabrics, textiles, furniture and lighting. Polished black stone, raw steel, leather and knitted mesh feature in the basement, with first-floor bedrooms offering a private retreat. Light and dark furniture in the study articulates ‘his’ and ‘her’ work areas.
