Spurred on by a vision to design a business lounge, the fitout provides private workspaces, collaborative and project-specific areas as well as a broad range of meeting rooms, offering flexibility to employees. Two stairs provide a creative link within the space. The design responds to cues in the building, expressing existing forms and exposing the concrete structure. Front-of-house pods are extruded from the base building, with sinuous stairs referencing forms in the Seidler building and contrasting the rigid floorplate geometry.
