Located in Melbourne’s CBD, this office integrates tertiary education with the private sector. Part workplace, part education facility and part social hub, the planning and materials used in this collaborative environment are more akin to hotel design than a corporate office setting. A collection of territories deliver private workspaces, group training rooms, social lounges and traditional meeting rooms. Bespoke territories, and a central stair connecting the two levels, enables groups with seemingly diverse agendas to come together.
