Nest Architects

Established in 2006 by architect Emilio Fuscaldo, Nest Architects is an architectural design practice based in Melbourne. The practice views each project as a rigorous process of analysis and gathering, bringing together different elements as a bird collects material for a stable and safe nest. Common themes in their work include a connection to the surrounding urban or rural landscape, and the use of natural materials. Imogen Pullar joined Nest soon after its inception, after receiving a Dean Honours award as one of the top graduates from the Architecture Faculty at Melbourne University.
