Fitout of Levels 12-15, Piccadilly Tower

Sustainability was always significant to the project aims, signified by its internal name, ‘Move to a Sustainable Future’. The fitout excels when measured against a triple bottom line of environmental, social and financial sustainability objectives, demonstrating that quality sustainable design solutions do not have to exceed typical budgets. This is critical as the environment becomes a greater concern, yet, following the GFC, companies require greater justification for new fitouts. The project is registered for GreenStar Office Interiors Version 1.1 and is targeting a 4 star rating.
