This tri-level expression of modernist living showcases the modern Robert Mills Architect aesthetic—form, function and detail alongside nature at its finest. RMA dispels the myth that sustainable architecture sacrifices glamour and luxury. The building’s increased height decreases its environmental footprint. A 200-year-old pin oak tree is a focal point of the home, along with a striking 3.5-metre-wide sculptural staircase from ground to second floor. Floor to ceiling glass windows, opulent alpaca carpets, an internal lift and motorised oversize exterior window louvers complete the style. RMA, building duo Vcon and landscaper Jack Merlo have together fabricated the quintessential urban family home.
