NIB Health Funds

NIB’s objective was a sustainable and healthy work place. In accordance, a 4.5 Green star rating was sought. The building works were completed as an integrated fitout to avoid wasteful, redundant work. Efficient air conditioning and zoned lighting were installed, as well as submetering of power. Low VOC, high quality and durable materials, finishes and furniture were selected, while PVC was avoided. The maximum number of plants under the Green Star guidelines were inserted. Utility spaces are enclosed and separately ventilated. Built elements are at the core, maintaining external views.
