MC1 Armchair

The MC1 armchair is inspired by Eastern and Western traditions, and embodies relaxation and wellbeing. Combining the aesthetics and metaphors evoked by the simple mattress or futon, the chair promises comfort and security. The visually playful tactile buttoning resolves upholstery details and adds rhythm. The separate timber legs are solid plantation-grown American oak. Options include four untreated colours in 100% eco worsted wool or natural leather, along with cream or black oversized felt buttons and a choice of vivid contrast button cord. The armchair will soon be joined by a two-seater sofa, ottoman and chaise longue.
