Cutler & Co. Dining Room and Bar

The new restaurant sets finely detailed elements against the rough shell of the old factory building, creating a luxury, bespoke venue. Features such as the monolithic black metal bar, the up-lit bar shelves and the PGM-designed cloud light add curiosity and playfulness. A black service spine contains a candy box wine store and a ‘Scarface’ smoke and mirror booth, and betrays glimpses of the acid yellow kitchen. The predominantly dark tones and colours add to the atmosphere of lavish intrigue.
