Best Event Design

The Event category will showcase built work that is associated with events, exhibitions and structures of a temporary nature. The category will provide the framework to feature a sumptuous marquee at the Melbourne Racing Carnival, a cutting-edge exposition at the National Gallery or the latest ‘pop-up’ shop with a finite life span. The Event category acknowledges that great design isn’t always built to last but will be remembered for years to come.

Considered entries will be projects completed between January 2010 and June 2011, within Australia.
