Taking its cue from the strong architectural character of the building, the gelateria is a modern interpretation captured by the monotone palette, which blends bold sculptural gestures through hard-formed plaster and concrete, contrasted against sleek industrial tech insertions. These elements are dialled up or dialled down to create theatre and moments of interest within the design.
