Woodcut Restaurant

Woodcut is a 1000-square metre, 300-seat restaurant and bar located within the new Crown Sydney Hotel. The brief was to encapsulate the life of international travels of the chef and restaurateur, and curate this into a uniquely Australian dining experience catering to a diverse demographic of local and international visitors.
