Roseneath

The design of this apartment parallels the Brutalist aesthetic of the original building it sits within, accentuating existing concrete textures with new poured in situ concrete stairs and off-form concrete walls. The main living areas are sunk 1.5 metres below street level, allowing a mezzanine bedroom and en suite to float above.
