The heritage of a pre-war brick warehouse is showcased in this new workplace and coffee roasting facility in South Melbourne. The first step was to strip it back to its bare and rectify only what needed to be rectified. Otherwise all imperfections, layers and quirks within the walls were left alone and celebrated.
