Viet Next Door

Connecting traditional artisan craft with seasonal modern food, the design pays homage to chef Ben Phan’s traditional background and family. Tasked with creating a Vietnamese tapas bar, Genesin drew inspiration from Phan’s family’s humble beginnings, where simple materials were used. Key to this exploration is the locally made bespoke eggshell mosaic tables.
