Exploring the sensitive knitting and stitching, deconstruction and reconstruction of a Heritage marvel within inner city Melbourne, the design is a formal yet relaxed composition of furnishing, lighting and art. Inspired by a recent Danish excursion, key elements include Borge Mogensen leather chairs, Arne Jacobsen Mayor Velvet sofa with Kerry Armstrong’s Bird on Wire picture and ‘Under the Bell’ felt pendant.
