Iluka Road

This project is the transformation of an existing waterfront holiday villa in Palm Beach, Sydney. It is a restrained approach to a traditional European vernacular, exploring bespoke detailing, materiality and architectural framing. Through elements of spatial organisation, proportional planning and refinement, an enhancement of family living has been achieved.
