Clayton Utz

The project was designed to accommodate 260 staff over three levels of roughly 2200 square metres each, with an internal void and stair connecting all levels of the tenancy. Reflecting a hospitality or residential look and feel, the material palette reflects the transformation and also reveals the Melbourne laneway context in a fully flexible workplace environment that can evolve, change and adapt over time.
