Central Penthouses

Briefed to create ‘a home in the sky,’ the design responds with dwellings more aligned with an individual home than an apartment building. With large footprints of over 350 square metres, it was essential to frame the outstanding surrounding views in each room of the two penthouse apartments. As such, every space and sightline was considered.
