Water conservation is critical and no potable water is used to irrigate or fill lakes and waterways. Water is harvested from roofs and stored in tanks. All new buildings are energy-neutral and smart building management systems are expected to further reduce energy costs by over $50,000 per annum. Over 1000 photovoltaic cells have been installed and all buildings have been modelled for Section J utilising JV3.
