Banksii Vermouth Bar and Bistro

Located on the buzzing waterfront of Barangaroo, Banksii Vermouth Bar and Bistro draws its inspiration from the glasshouses of the 19th century and pays homage to the botanist Sir Joseph Banks. Draping foliage spilling over suspended baskets brings a softness and freshness to the space reminiscent of a glasshouse.
