Designed to be inherently sustainable, all interiors finishes, services, timber, fixtures and fittings comply with five-star Green rating requirements. Integrally sustainable, recyclable and reusable, the project uses timber and stone extensively. Building within a metre of the base build, the fitout is designed for future change without damage to the building. Cultural and social sustainability is engendered throughout.
