Hanging Studio Table

Using a fusion of traditional fine craft skills and contemporary digital fabrication, the handcrafted table was designed for the Melbourne School of Design to flexibly accommodate two to 12 people. The experimental solid starburst uses timber sourced from a salvaged spotted gum that was felled to make way for the new building.
