Designed to achieve a non-certified five-star Green Star rating, the project integrates a direct geothermal energy system within the building. Effectively maintaining the air temperature at a suitable level, reducing running costs by an estimated 96 percent. Other key initiatives integrated into the design include five-kilowatt Solar Array and rainwater harvesting.
