Condensed from 4.5 floors into four floors through a significant refurbishment while remaining in situ, the core functional drivers of flexibility, adaptivity, collaboration, community and working together were paramount. The new ‘open work area’ approach fosters a collaborative and community-minded work environment, while generous and lively breakout spaces have reinvigorated internal communication.
