An ESD consultant was engaged to achieve environmental strategies, including the first gas-fired electrical generator installed in a dwelling in Australia, a 50,000-litre water underground rain water tank to flush toilets and irrigate the gardens, a solar hot water system with evacuated tube collectors and a five-kilowatt photovoltaic cell system.
