Accommodating diverse work patterns and a connection to nature in a friendly, playful space – without the playground aesthetic that sometimes characterises IT office design – was achieved through a tree metaphor extended vertically as a series of meeting pods that grow through the three levels to reach the five- to six-metre high original timber trusses.
