Eltham South, Blairgowrie

Divorced from its urban conditions, this coastal house was conceived as a private beach home evoking childhood memories. Addressing the site’s contour, the design merges the organisation of public/private realms in a sequential expanse around two main rectangular forms, each containing sleeping and living quarters, while a centrally located core provides external connectivity.
