Tonka Restaurant

A uniquely challenging existing shell with limited access to natural light, in addition to the locations of existing services, pushed this program to either extremity. Within this long narrow tenancy, a bar area is sited to one end and a dining room to the other. The clean lines of functional instertions are offset by the ethereal installation by artist Naomi Troski. A centrally positioned kitchen ensures a unique restaurant experience that oozes genuine interaction and engagement.
