The Richmond Weekender

Visions of the ‘perfect weekend’ inspired this temporary place-making project at the former GTV9 site in Richmond, produced in collaboration with Right Angle Studio. Large voids were transformed into a canteen, cinema/market and outdoor area in the juncture between demolition and construction of a new residential development. The celebration of creativity, community and nesting is based on the premise that developer engagement in place making fosters convivial and culturally rich places that people want to inhabit.
