Heritage-listed Ross House is the setting for Dukes Coffee Roasters, where the use of a single recycled material for cladding, joinery and furniture – solid Victorian ash timber sourced from an old country wool store – instils a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The inherent variations in the handcrafted joinery, in this philosophy, evoke the beauty and honesty of craftsmanship inhabited within the space. Influences from cafes of the 50s and 60s are also evident in the sharp aesthetic.
