387 Tamaki Drive

Ian Moore Architects

Constructed entirely out of off-white precast concrete panels, with hollow core precast floor panels, three residential apartments occupy the third level of a mixed-use development in Auckland. Quality materials adorn internal spaces. Underfoot, honed basalt paving slabs are used in common areas and bathrooms and white-washed oak floorboards line the bedrooms and living areas. Making a subtle distinction to their external counterparts is the white polyurethane coated panel treatment for the central core’s internal walls.
