Xanthi

A Greek town near the Turkish border, Xanthi was once conquered by the Ottomans and is famous for its weekly bazaar. This background directly influences the restaurant’s pattern-rich design and is realised in the forms of a tent-like canopy, hand woven rugs, mosaic pendant lighting and handmade tiles. The kitchen has raised flooring, is enclosed by white tiled walls and features small square windows reminiscent of coastal Greek architecture.
